Dollywood Food 11 Months, 4 Weeks ago
Dollywood offers a great variety of food throughout the park. What are your favorites? I love Papaw's Flatbread Sandwiches which are a mountain version of chicken and steak fajitas. Do you have questions about the restaurants? Share your opinions with others.

I love the steak and chicken fajitas. I think it's called Papaw's Flatbread Sandwiches or something like that. I've also tried the pizza at Victoria's Pizza Parlor and I wasn't impressed at all. The bad thing about eating the fajitas is that they aren't in a restaurant, so there's no place to sit down to eat them. They do have tables to stand at and there are some benches nearby. That's what we usually try to do.

Can any one tell me what the food is like for kids at Dollywood? We're planning a visit this spring and I would like to know how much it costs and what kinds of food they have.

All I can remember is the giant corndogs. But everything at Dollywood is reasonable. It's by far the most family amusement park I have been to and I've been to Disney.
Also if everyone doesn't know...
You can get free water at any location that serves food. Just walk up and ask for water and they will hand you a cup of ice water with lid and straw.
There are also fans, water spritsers, and shade all over the place to keep you cool.
Oh last thing, park at the Old Mill and ride the trolly to Dollywood. It's less than a dollar.

When you park at the Old Mill, do you pay each way, or do you just pay when you ride to Dollywood? I know parking at Dollywood is expensive. Just wanted to make sure this would be cheaper for a family of four. TIA
